Gianna lives in a two-storey detached country house: guests occupy the upper floor where there are three bedrooms, the bathroom and the kitchen, exposed on the large garden, for breakfast.

The B&B is located in Liguria, a region located in the north of Italy,  1.8 km from the sea in the town of Sestri Levante, the city of "two seas".
It adapts to cyclists, motorcyclists and hikers for the beautiful paths  that the territory offers. The large garden, which includes a bike-maintanance area, is fully available for moments of relaxation and conviviality.

The house offers three rooms with a  shared bathroom.
The rooms are a double, a twin bedroom and a quadruple. 
Baby beds are available in case of need.
